Yesterday, the kids designed costumes and chose elements (earth, air, water, fire), colours, and lines (straight, curved, jagged etc.) to represent their characters’ traits. Today, we were back in the design room, trying on hats, shirts, vests, dresses, scarves – you name it – till everyone had an outfit.
– Kids’ Camp – Ivy’s costume design for Puck: element (air); colours (dark green, light green, brown); lines (flat = obedient, squiggly = mischievous, crooked = makes mistakes)
It was a day of collaboration and creativity for the teens. They penned their own script and filmed it, developing both acting and camera skills.
